Switch Wicked Studios is a communal studio space for artists, makers, and creatives. Over 5,000 square feet of studio space above a creative shop, with large windows overlooking Poyntz Avenue in downtown Manhattan, divided into a large open studio and individual private studio spaces.

As we are just getting started, the Studios will be changing and growing as we go. We are hoping to have community equipment for use, full ventilation, and more! This may affect what is included with each rental package, but in a good way! More for your money.
